Non-Discrimination Policy

Gold Clinical Seminars does not discriminate on the basis of any protected class or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, state or local laws, ordinances or regulations. Gold Clinical Seminars is committed to accessibility and non-discrimination in all aspects of its continuing education activities. Participants with special needs are encouraged to contact program organizers so that all reasonable efforts to accommodate them can be made.

Copyright Policy

Gold Clinical Seminars complies with United States copyright laws and requires all educational materials to respect intellectual property rights.

Record Keeping Policy

Per the requirements of the IPTA/IOTA/BOC Approved Provider program, Gold Clinical Seminars must retain the following for five years:

· Roster of all learners who were awarded credit for each activity and copies of all CEU certificates issued

· Roster of all activity content creators or presenters

Joint Providership Policy

Gold Clinical Seminars does NOT engage in Joint Providership. All continuing education activities offered by Gold Clinical Seminars are planned, implemented and evaluated solely by the organization without collaboration with non-approved providers.

Conflict of Interest (COI) Policy

Gold Clinical Seminars uses COI review, record keeping, mitigation and COI disclosure to address all conflicts of interest and comply with the IPTA/IOTA/BOC Approved Provider Standards. If individuals in a position of control over content creation, management, and/or delivery refuse to disclose financial relationships to Gold Clinical Seminars, they will be automatically disqualified from any role in planning, management, presentation or evaluation of IPTA/IOTA/BOC approved activities.

Registration Fees and Cancellation/Refund Policy

Gold Clinical Seminars reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. If a course is cancelled, we will contact you at the primary email address and phone number that you provided at the time of registration. At that time, you will be able to receive a full refund for the course. Gold Clinical Seminars is not responsible for any reimbursement of expenses incurred by participants, including airline tickets or hotel accommodations. For cancellations received via email less than 14 days prior to course start date, a $75 administrative fee will be charged and you will be refunded the remaining amount paid at the time of registration. For cancellations received via email less than 3 days prior to course start date, a $100 administrative fee will be charged and you will be refunded the remaining amount paid at the time of registration. Participants who ‘no-show’ or cancel after the course has started forfeit their right to receive any reimbursement.
