Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Gold Clinical Seminars reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. If a course is cancelled, we will contact you at the primary email address and phone number that you provided at the time of registration. At that time, you will be able to receive a full refund for the course. Gold Clinical Seminars is not responsible for any reimbursement of expenses incurred by participants, including airline tickets or hotel accommodations.

For cancellations received via email less than 14 days prior to course start date, a $75 administrative fee will be charged and you will be refunded the remaining amount paid at time of registration. For cancellations received via email less than 3 days prior to course start date, a $100 administrative fee will be charged and you will be refunded the remaining amount paid at time of registration. 

Participants who ‘no show’ or cancel after the course has started forfeit their right to receive any reimbursement.

Intellectual Property Agreement:

The course materials (slides) remain the intellectual property of the presenter and will not be reused or distributed in any way.
